We want you and your pets to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, subject to the terms outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable pet food or treats

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened grooming or health products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)


3. How to Request a Return

  • A description of the issue or reason for return

  • Photo(s) of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product:

  • We will send a replacement at no cost or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
